Fall 2025 Registration
It has always been parent participation that has contributed to the success of BPGFS, and this year will be no exception. We are an all volunteer organization, and all families are expected to participate in some substantial way, including working in the snack bar. Whether on a weekly, monthly or random basis, your participation is the key to improving our program. Please make sure to check the Interested In box, so we know where you are interested in helping. Payments: Payment in full, of registration fees and deposits, is required before a player can be assigned / drafted / selected to a team. Please make checks payable to BPGFS. There will be a $25 Service Fee assessed for any returned checks. Refund Policy: Our goal is to be flexible and fair. We will respond to any reasonable situation that arises. We ask that you understand BPGFS's need to have a time frame wherein we can fairly respond. In particular, once teams have been formed/drafted, refunds will not be issued barring unusual and unforeseeable circumstances. Withdrawing a player after teams are formed/drafted can adversely affect a team and the entire division. Accordingly, BPGFS's refund policy is: (1) First Registration Date through prior to selection on Evaluation Date = 100% Refund (2) After Evaluation Date and Team Formation / Draft Date = No Refund

I, parent or legal guardian of the above name child, hereby give approval for her participation in any and all league activities during the current season, including, but not limited to, fundraising and an extended All Star Season. I assume risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Buena Park Girls Fast Pitch Softball League (BPGFSL), the officers, directors, board members, organizers, managers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons transporting the child to and from activities, for any claim arising out of injury to the child. I also grant permission to managing personnel or other league representatives to authorize and obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital, or medical clinic should the child become ill or injured while participating away from home, or at times when neither parent is available to grant authorization for emergency treatment.

Parents Page: Our Guidelines for Behavior and Volunteer Policy as well as other guidelines are available for viewing and printing @ www.BPGSL.org under the "Parents Page". Failure to comply with these rules / guidelines may result in disciplinary action.

By completing and submitting this form, I certify that I will be responsible for complying with the current BPGSL guidelines / policies set forth on the "Parents Page" at www.BPGSL.ORG as well as those communicated throughout the softball season and agree to abide by the terms thereof.
